A SHIFT IN THE SPIRIT OVER CALIFORNIA IN 2010

Awesome synopsis...wonderful blessing to read.

 I had one observation as a person working in government during 2010. There was a significant shift, particularly in the Central Valley (the Belly or Birthing place of CA), of governmental leadership. My now ex-boss, a state Senator, who was expected to serve 4 more years unopposed, decided to retire... that started a "chain reaction" and long time leaders began to retire opening up those seats of authority to new folks. When all was said and done nearly a dozen seats of authority (local, federal and state) changed to a new person because leaders decided to retire.

I believe this is spiritually significant for the Valley and the State. A changing of the guard occurred!  We have been blocked, "spiritually constipated" if you will, in the CV for a long time...But, He changes the hearts of kings like a river so that they flow any way He wishes and that happened here. 

The change in the natural realms reveals the sovereign hand of God transferring authority not only in the natural situation but also supernatural. This indicates to me that the blockages are being removed, the river is starting to flow and that His chosen ones in the body of Christ are going to be and are being placed in their rightful seats of both natural and spiritual authority. 

2011 the Lord has said to me is a time of rebuilding the temple of God - In Ezra, Nehemiah Haggai and Zechariah's time that was a structure, a building... but, for us these books are significant this year because He is rebuilding us so that we can take our ordained seats of spiritual authority. The Shift has occurred and it is now time for us to yield to His "construction plans" and step up into "servant rulership" over our sphere of influence. The more we yield to Him the more rulership we will have...
