Joe was dramatically touched by the fire of God in a Rodney Howard-Browne meeting in the late 80s.  He was subsequently the first ministry ordained by Rodney.  Growing up in a mafia family Joe was a long way from holy before his encounter with Jesus.  Now Joe, and his wife Ellen, pastor a revival church in Oklahoma and travel the country spreading revival fires where ever hearts are hungry for a move of God.

Vision of Love is a ministry of the heart that touches everyone with God's love. The ministry is based on the scriptures of Luke 4:18,19.
