Joe was dramatically touched by the fire of God in a Rodney Howard-Browne meeting in the late 80s.  He was subsequently the first ministry ordained by Rodney.  Growing up in a mafia family Joe was a long way from holy before his encounter with Jesus.  Now Joe, and his wife Ellen, pastor a revival church in Oklahoma and travel the country spreading revival fires where ever hearts are hungry for a move of God.

Vision of Love is a ministry of the heart that touches everyone with God's love. The
ministry is based on the scriptures of Luke 4:18,19. When God's Word is spoken, the captives are set free, the spiritual and physical blind eyes are opened, and all kinds of signs and wonders follow. God's love is real. The desire of Vision of Love is to be obedient to God by fulfilling the commandment of love. With God's love, Vision of Love Ministries focuses on the healing of ones hurts, from the inside out both spiritually and physically.
