Associate Pastor Doris Taylor Worship Leader
As a prophetess under an apostolic mantle, Doris has an uncommon anointing as a worship leader. The Holy Spirit uses her sensitivity in a special way to lead the people into the very presence of Jesus. From the very beginning, Doris' life has always been filled with music. Her parents and family were extremely musical and provided her with training on the piano and violin. After her conversion to Christ in 1954, she was a part of the music ministry of every church she and her husband Bob were part of. Eventually, they were schooled for 17 years in the many aspects of the "Tabernacle of David" and it's restoration in this day, under the leadership of Pastor/Prophet Ernest Gentile and his wife, Joy. She attended Northern California Bible College as well as taught some specialized classes under the leadership of the Dean David Sell. Doris also completed Sections 1 & 2 of the Bethany Bible College Correspondence Courses working toward her ministry degree. After moving to Mariposa, California, Doris was eventually set in as Associate Pastor and Worship Minister at Mariposa Revival Center under the leadership of Apostles/Pastors Henry and Grace Falany. Her heart is to minister to the Lord privately and corporately as the Holy Spirit leads. Her ears are always open to the fresh sounds of heaven that continue to pour out as the Lord moves on and in His Church, the Body of Christ. Her worship oversight and direction is not performance oriented, but focused on ministering to Him, the Giver of Life. Doris' desire is to see the heavens opened and the earth filled with His Glory as worship permeates the very atmosphere. This is the heart's cry of the Falany's as well. Under their direction and release, the Lord is always welcomed in the midst of Mariposa Revival Center gatherings. Doris' life verse and heart motivation is found in Psalms 66:2 (NKJV): "Sing out the honor of His Name; make His praise glorious." (The word "glorious" meaning, "unending in creative and visual expression"). "Even so, come Lord Jesus!"
